The National Center for Livestock Breeding, Genetics & Genomics organized 6 th Professional 5 days training at institute of Animal & Dairy Sciences, Faculty of Animal Husbandry University of Agriculture Faisalabad.
The title of training was “Animal Performance Recording, Data Collection and analysis for Genetic Improvement”. The training was intended for veterinary professional from all over Pakistan. The training was held on July 18, 2022. Prof. Dr. M. Sajjad Khan VC CUVAS Bahawalpur was the chief guest in the closing ceremony. He stressed hard the significance of data collection for breed improvement and its effective utilizations.
The concluding ceremony was held on July 22, 2022. Dr. Ghulam Bilal (CPD) briefly introduced the project objective of improving genetic potential of real livestock breeds through technological. The participants was awarded with shields and certificates at the end.
